A 45-minute total-body workout combining strength conditioning and athletic drills to build endurance and power. Bootcamp is held outdoors in the North Parking Lot (beside the Community Garden). In case of inclement weather, class will move to the North Gym. Please bring your own light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, along with a thick mat for floor work on asphalt. If you don’t have equipment, the instructor can provide it.
